“ A flavourful thin crust pizza made with sourdough. We've had Jackknife several times since they have opened, and our most recent order of the Mediterranean was absolutely delicious. It is a little on the pricey side, but I always consider homemade fermented dough, sauces, and ingredients. Since it's a bit of a drive from home, we typically order when we're already going past it, and eat it fresh and hot in the car pulled over on the side of the road or at the beach :) ”

“ I just went to give a review on the best pizza I’ve ever had and saw a terrible review for Jackknife pizza and thought I should say something. The review said that they paid 60 for a pizza when the most expensive pizza on menu is 32 She said she wasn’t happy with how thin it was and chicken wasn’t done right.... Jackknife doesn’t have a bbq chicken pizza and crust is hand made sourdough that is always perfect. I have seen the staff at jackknife refund money for pizza for the dumbest reasons that grumpy tourists come up with like cutting through pepperoni while cutting pizza. Sorry for the rant but it really made me upset to see that review that was probably from a different pizza place because that’s not how they roll at Jackknife. Oh yes for my review I just ate the grow show on thin crust and it was the best pizza I’ve ever had. Crust was nice and fluffy and cooked perfect and staff was great. Five stars ”
